This locally sourced comfort food eatery had struggles to ignite their business during Covid Pandemic. They came to us with single challenge – get more people in their restaurant.
Goals
To keep Duluth Grill on the radar of its current customers and gain interest from new ones. As the Covid numbers were decreasing, we started to see true results of our work.
First thing was to optimize Google Business Profile and run a series of Social Media Campaigns with the goal of engaging with audience. We also needed new, more aesthetic pictures that would catch the eye of our followers.
Results
Duluth Grill was one of few restaurants in the area that had more business after Covid. From 2020 to 2021 there was an increase in tables served by 16% and sales increase of 38%.
